Provide initiatives (eg backstage tours, rehearsal access, artist Q and A sessions, creative workshops) to deepen knowledge of, and connection with, music theatre.

Conduct Q and A sessions with cast and creatives following a show.
Offer workshops in schools ahead of their attendance which enable connectivity between text / historical context / musicality and/or production development.

Create a Full Circle Industry Award which promotes South Australia’s finest talent.
Annual cash prize of $5,000.
The award is offered to performers ranked highest by the selection panel based on their potential and overall artistic performance across a year/season.
