Jo Casson
Artistic Director / CEO
Jo Casson is an award-winning theatre director, producer and arts leader with more than 20 musical productions to her credit. Holding a degree in Drama (Flinders University) and an MBA (Adelaide University), she combines artistic excellence with strong strategic and entrepreneurial leadership. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Jo has worked with some of Australia’s leading performers including Rhonda Burchmore, Rachael Beck, Rob Mills, Alinta Chidzey, Bobby Fox, Chloe Zuel, Michael Falzon, Amy Lehpamer, Kerrie Anne Greenland and Ian Stenlake. Jo is passionate about creating high quality theatrical experiences while championing opportunities for South Australian artists. A three-time Theatre Association of South Australia award winner, she is widely respected for her ability to create exceptional theatre and for her commitment to nurturing talent, developing career pathways and strengthening the local arts sector.
Rosanna Senesi
Chairperson
Rose is an innovative and strategic executive with more than 30 years’ experience across major events, community engagement, sponsorships, partnerships and not-for-profit organisations. She has worked extensively within large, high-profile and community-focused organisations, building strong relationships and leading impactful initiatives across multiple sectors. Alongside her executive career, Rose has worked professionally in the performing arts industry for more than 25 years as a vocalist, performer, producer and creator of cabaret productions and live shows across Australia. She is also a highly regarded MC and facilitator, regularly hosting major events, cultural celebrations, community forums and corporate functions throughout South Australia. Rose has served as both an Executive and Non-Executive Board Member for a range of organisations and is regularly invited to support community groups with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, mission development and community activation initiatives.
Benjamin Schwartz
Finance Manager / Public Officer
Benjamin Schwartz is a versatile CFO and strategic advisor whose career spans the wine, technology, manufacturing and social enterprise sectors. With a passion for creativity and community, he brings a blend of commercial acumen, collaborative leadership and genuine love of the arts. Benjamin has guided organisations through major change and now consults widely, applying his financial and strategic skills to help organisations and artistic communities thrive.
Pete McDonald
Board Member
Pete is an engaging, creative and versatile communications specialist with 20 years’ experience across media, strategic and crisis communications and stakeholder engagement.
He has served as Head of Media & Communications at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute for the past seven years, leading the organisation’s stakeholder relations, media engagement, brand management and internal communications. Prior to that, Pete spent three seasons with the Port Adelaide Football Club as Football Media Manager (despite being a long-suffering Essendon supporter). Before joining PAFC, Pete was a broadcast journalist for more than a decade with 9 News, ABC and 7 News. Pete’s passions include sports, coaching, cooking, puzzles, games and, of course, musical theatre.
Zachary Moore
Company Secretary
Zachary is a commercial litigator whose experience in handling complex disputes, contracts and risk management informs disciplined, transparent governance. He has a lifelong love for musical theatre and the arts, with performance roots in local theatre and the Adelaide Fringe. Zac is passionate about supporting South Australia’s ever-growing arts community and expanding opportunities for local artists.
Dr Pamela Wall AO
Patron Full Circle Theatre Co.
Dr. Pamela Wall AO is a prominent South Australian philanthropist, former nurse, and businesswoman, renowned for her significant contributions to arts, education, and community alongside her late husband, Ian Wall. Her generosity stems from a career that included nursing and serving on the board of Codan, a technology company founded by her husband, establishing her legacy as a major figure in Australian philanthropy. In 2007, Pamela was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM). She was later appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to the community through philanthropic support for a range of cultural, educational, and health organisations.
